Grand Hyatt Shenzhen

Very good and clean

Hotel is situated at good location. Room is well-designed, spacious and clean. We like the changing room and swimming pool at 3rd floor. Buffet breakfast had a lot of food varieties and drinks. Everything had exceeded our expectations.

Very nice gym facilities and very friendly staff. Close to a large shopping mall and metro station for convenience.

Classic hyatt. No complaints. We ordered food into the hotel which they were accommodating of. Very cheap food delivery.
