Grand Hyatt Shenzhen

the location was excellent for this trip for me, the selection for breakfast was also very good. just found having to go down stairs and back up was a little inconvenient. staff is very helpful even junior staff seems well trained.

Great staff, very spacious rooms

Room was spacious, and i especially appreciated the large vanity counter and large desk. Good variety at breakfast buffet. First time in a hotel room where the bath is visible on 3 sides, so felt very exposed while bathing lol !

Location and good breakfast

Really Good Hotel. Little confusing with the lifts but very well decorated. Beds are super comfy and room service is brilliant. Breakfast was amazing!! Like really impressive.
